I was an idiot to have started smoking again after quiting the hard way over 10 years ago. I didn't realise but smoking slowly took over my whole life and before i knew it, it was controlling me. I'm so glad I found LiveFree. Since that day I haven't smoked a single cigarette and just the thought of smoking makes me feel sick. Maxwell You stronger than nicotine
